1. Return Eligibility
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from www.seaweed.co, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with the seal unbroken.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at refunds@seaweed.co to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include the RA number, original receipt, and the reason for the return in the package.
- Ship the product to the address designated by our support team.
Note: You will be responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and send you a replacement or refund at our expense.
